Welcome all!
We at the Buddhist Association hope that you have all had a peaceful and fun-filled summer. Now that we have all gathered back in Irvine, it’s time to look towards an enriching quarter of joy, learning, and adventure.
As shown in the flier above, our first general meeting will be in Humanities Hall 118 at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 3rd! That’s right, you read it correctly. We are now changing our meeting times to Wednesday evenings, but fear not, our wonderful chef will provide a delicious vegetarian meal!
Come to our first general meeting, members old and new, for a fun icebreaker and a chance to win another raffle ticket! If you met us at the Anteater Fair this past Monday, we were handing out raffle tickets. For our first meeting, we will be raffling off some great prizes such as a free Buddhist Association T-shirt – your color, your size!
Please also come and listen in on the exciting new events we will be having this year such as the Sand Mandala (details to come later) during Week 2.
