Hi Everyone!
I hope everyone has had an eventful welcome week and may your transition into your first week peacefully. I wanted to remind everyone that our first meeting will be this Wednesday, Humanities Hall 118, from 7:00 to 8:30. Please come when you can, as we understand schedules can be tough.
I also wanted to let everyone know of our week 2 event – The Sand Mandala (Poster above). This event will be a 3-day adventure in which you can see dedicated monks designing an intricate and elaborate (not to mention beautiful) portrait using sand. They will be working all 3 days from early in the morning to late at night.
These days will also consist of activities in which you can partake such as meditation or the butter sculpting workshop. It will be fun, so mark your calendars and stop by!
